About the "caker"
My name is Edna Trinidad, originally from New York City, and now retired in Tampa, Fl . My cake journey began 7 years ago in 2015 while working in an NYC High School. I volunteered to bake cupcakes for a holiday event that December. I am not sure why I volunteered as I was never a "baker" or "crafty", but I decided to take a chance and go for it. Luckily I found a cake decorating kit my daughter had left behind before moving to Florida. Ultimately, after binge watching baking shows and YouTubing cake tutorials, I created a cupcake pull apart holiday wreath that was a hit with the students and staff.
From that moment on I discovered my passion was baking and have been completely self taught exclusively baking cakes for family and friends. After watching my family slowly move and retire to Florida, I finally decided to take the next step and officially start my small business.
